We analyze the biomechanics of the body. We try to pay attention not only to building strength, but also to restore the correct range of motion, proper exercise technique and movement control, which is key in the prevention of injuries and overloads.

We offer a 45-minute session with a physiotherapist with the option of staying in the training room as long as you need. We have all the necessary tools to build a healthy and beautiful figure.
